At the dawn of a decisive decade, France must reconcile climate imperatives, societal transformations, and economic competitiveness. This closing session offers a forward-looking view of what France could be in 2030 by combining three essential perspectives: that of science, which describes environmental and geopolitical constraints; that of public action, which sets the trajectory and collective priorities; and that of business, which is transforming business models and the world of work in concrete terms. Between adaptation, innovation, and social justice, the challenge is to outline a French model capable of combining climate resilience, economic dynamism, and human cohesion.
