Biography
Benoît Derigny was appointed President of ManpowerGroup in France in January 2025.
He had previously served as Managing Director of Manpower in France since November 2021 and of ManpowerGroup Morocco since 2019.
His professional background combines extensive operational B2B experience in professional services and logistics with a constant focus on strategic direction and teams. Convinced of the importance of climate change and the role that companies have to play, he regularly speaks on the HR challenges of the ecological transition.
After working for 10 years at Khalinge – the third-largest French company in workwear and linen rental – as Managing Director for Northern France, and completing two leveraged buyouts with investment funds, he joined ManpowerGroup in 2010 as President of Supplay, which he led for 11 years. He began his career as an organizational consultant before taking on operational responsibilities as a Regional Director at Manpower. He served for two years as an officer in the French Navy as Deputy Naval Attaché in Rome.
In addition to his responsibilities, Benoît Derigny was a member of the supervisory board of Banque Kolb for seven years.
Benoît Derigny is a graduate of NEOMA Business School. He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Master's degree from Paris Dauphine University.
