Biography
Rafał is Senior Advisor for Strategic Foresight and Head of the Strategic Foresight Unit at the OECD. Previously, Rafał served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary-General, where he advised the Organization's leadership on key economic and political issues, as part of the implementation of members' key priorities and the Secretary-General's strategic directions. Rafał joined the OECD in 2007, where he led various research projects and contributed to economic monitoring and policy analysis for France, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Tunisia, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Before joining the OECD, Rafał worked at the Bank of France and was an assistant professor at the University of Montpellier. He holds a PhD in economics from Paris-Dauphine University.
