Biography
With extensive management experience in retail (Darty, Conforama, Delbard, Virgin Megastore), Hervé Jouves has developed a sharp expertise in network management and commerce.
In 2012, he transformed the pharmacy sector by structuring the first branded network, Pharmacie Lafayette, founded on low prices and expert advice with a promise: Health for all.
He then diversified this promise of accessibility by developing the Parapharmacie Lafayette, Optique Lafayette, and Médical Lafayette brands to cover the entire healthcare journey.
On January 1, 2022, he founded and became president of Hygie31 to realize the ambition of "health for all, everywhere" by uniting established brands, regional groups, e-commerce, and home healthcare services.
Today, he is leading the European expansion of a major multi-channel ecosystem, while repositioning the pharmacist as a central player in local prevention in France, Spain, Italy and Ireland.
