Biography
Stéphane Pallez has been Chief Executive Officer of Française des Jeux since 2014. She has led a major transformation of the company, marked by its IPO in 2019 and its international expansion, notably with the acquisition of PLI, the Irish lottery operator, in 2023 and the bid for Kindred, one of Europe's leading online gaming companies, in 2024.
Stéphane Pallez was previously Chief Executive Officer of the CCR reinsurance group from 2011 to 2014. From 2004 to 2011, she was Deputy Chief Financial Officer of France Télécom-Orange. From 1984 to 2004, Stéphane Pallez held various positions at the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Stéphane Pallez is a member of the Board of Directors of Legrand and the Pasteur Institute and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP).
