Biography
A graduate engineer from Arts et Métiers and holder of a master's degree from HEC, Mathieu Wallich Petit has spent his entire career at KPMG, first in auditing and then in deal-making. For more than 20 years, he has worked with major groups and investment funds on complex mergers and acquisitions in France and internationally. Mathieu also leads the Private Equity segment for KPMG France. In February 2021, Mathieu was appointed to the Executive Committee as Head of Clients & Markets. Convinced by KPMG's collaborative approach, which is deeply centered on human values, Mathieu now mobilizes all teams to support large companies in their transformation challenges and become their trusted partner, capable of driving and leading change.
